We were thrilled to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in CT last week by the Hartford Business Journal. A total of 40 companies including 27 small to medium  (15-100 employees) and 13 large (over 200 employees) were given this designation. GO Agency was honored to place 6th in the small to medium category.

The Best Places to Work Awards honor companies who rank highest in employee satisfaction as determined by a survey administered nationally.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a for-profit or non-profit business or government entity;
• Be a publicly or privately held business;
• Have a facility in Connecticut;
• Have at least 15 employees in Connecticut;
• Be in business a minimum of one year.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. 

The Best Places to Work program is the opportunity for all employees to offer anonymous feedback in the survey.
