GO built the original ticketing system 13 years ago, so it was definitely time for an overhaul. We added functionality for the admins around building and managing offers, a robust WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) drag-and-drop email template builder integrated into the software, and a completely new, modern responsive design.
It’s fair to say, an easier way of getting exclusive access to shows before tickets go on sale is music to our ears.
